When you enter into this space, you will immediately feel the healing energy. Or rather the energy of the studio will immediately resonate with your own unique human potential to heal and grow.

We offer weekly classes in Qi Gong, Tai Chi, Yoga, Meditation, and The Nia Technique. All of these healing modalities will help you to reduce muscle tension, stress, and anxiety; increase flexibility and range of motion in the joints; strengthen bones and muscles; balance the body's systems; strengthen the immune system; increase mental alertness; help prevent insomnia and depression; achieve greater awareness; increase circulation and help regulate blood pressure.

Not only does Decatur Healing Arts offer practices that will serve you on your path to healing, but we also have Massage Therapy, Energy Work, and Acupuncture. All of the practitioners at Decatur Healing Arts work to create a healing space for your individual needs. We all step into this space with the intention to heal ourselves and guide you on your own path of self-healing!!!
